75mpg For New Jaguar XE

According to early statements of intent, the new XE will become Jaguar’s most economical and efficient vehicle built to date. The official unveiling is taking place in September, but early details reveal that the diesel model could be doing 75mpg with a CO2 emission below 100g/km. The secret behind this efficiency lies in the state of the art aluminium material that is used to keep the vehicle light, but still keep it’s high-torsion strength.
