Lack Of Police Means No Punishment

Last weeks Report on Motoring produced by the RAC revealed that more than 40% of the public surveyed believe that there will be no punishment for offences like undertaking, tailgating and texting at the wheel, because of the lack of police on our roads. It seems without the perceived threat of being seen, and then caught, people have no confidence that breaking some of the driving laws will have any consequence…..
