Our staff are brave. Despite the obvious fear factor, Kimberley Keogh from our Warranty and Returns Department is doing a sponsored skydive in April. She is raising money for Cancer Research UK on behalf of Mill Autoquip and we would really appreciate your support.
As part of our ongoing fundraising for Cancer Research UK some of our team have come up with their own challenges. Half of all people now survive cancer and we want to help Cancer Research UK get to 3 out of 4 people surviving in the next 20 years.
I decided a while ago I wanted to do a Skydive before my 25th birthday…
So I have booked to do a skydive in April 2017. This is on behalf of Mill Autoquip fundraising for Cancer Research UK. Everyone in some way has been, or has known someone who has been affected by cancer. I personally have lost family members. I want to raise as much money as I can to help support this charity, my target is £5,000, with your help I will!
There are weight restrictions for doing a skydive so I am also doing this as a weight loss challenge! I now have two and a half more stone to lose before April!! This will be so hard to do but with the help of friends, family, work colleagues, trainers and members of my local gym I know I will smash this goal. I will probably need a kick up the bum now and again but I’m sure there will be a line of people happily to do that!
